How do takedowns actually work?
When we confirm an infringement, we file a notice through the correct legal channel for that platform - a DMCA notice to the host or platform, a marketplace rights-owner complaint, a registrar abuse report, or a search de-indexing request. Each filing is tracked to resolution and re-filed or escalated if a platform doesn't act.
Do I need to own the copyright?
You need to be the rights holder or their authorized agent. During onboarding we verify ownership of the content and brands you enroll - that verification is what makes our notices credible to platforms and keeps the process legally sound.
How fast do infringements come down?
It varies by platform. Major platforms typically act within a couple of business days; our median across all filings is about 48 hours. Live restreams are handled on an expedited queue measured in minutes to hours.
What happens if someone disputes a takedown?
